I am a full time software developer with an unrelenting passion for indoor cycling and swimming. I have actively engaged in sports and exercise all my life. Initially, I was bitten by the fitness bug when I formally trained in the discipline of fencing. After that, my passion turned to swimming where I still challenge myself to long distance swims discovering my love for endurance activities. Riding outdoors by necessity, introduced me to the cycling passion I live by nowadays. I have been dedicated to this discipline for the past five years. I decided it was time to gain more knowledge about the Spinning program and to turn my love of cycling into a second career.
Teaching at Pinecrest Health and Fitness can only be described as a dream come true! Every day that passes by, I find myself living in the five energy zones of the Spinning program.
